We will start taking in payments 18.3.2013. The price will be the same until 10.5.2013. After that it will rise and after 1.6.2013 it will rise again. This is because we have expenses beforehand. The last date when the payment should be on our account is 10.6.2013. Pay after you have received acceptance email from the game.

There will be four price-packages:

Local :

Includes Latvians, Lithuanians, Belarussians, Polish people and Estonians  This can be expanded by having your organisation contact us. Includes the game, transportation from the public transportation point to the location and back, and three meals Saturday and Sunday. Locals need to pay for their aftergame party separately.

International : 

Basically everyone else. Includes the game, transportation from the public transportation point to the location and back , and three meals Saturday and Sunday, and the aftergame party.

HAK-Package :

This is meant for members of HAK and other Finns but can be bought by anyone who wishes to group travel the route Helsinki - Tallinn - Game Location - Tallinn - Helsinki. 60 seats available. Includes travel cost. We will try to lower this price as much as we can and if you end up paying extra, we will pay you back the extra amount. Hopefully we can save up to 30€ from this. It will also be lower if we can get more than 50 sign ups.  Otherwise the same as international. Travelling will happen at Friday 14th (morning) and returning at Tuesday 18th (morning). And having two fees for you is no error: If we hit over certain number of players we will return up to 7 euros of your money.

All fees will include :

• Location : It's an old military base in ruins. Need we say more?

 

• Primitive accommodation : Most can sleep under a somekind of roof, except for the Warmongers who most likely will need tents. The buildings won't be warm or anything; see the pictures. They will offer some kind of shelter from the nature. We will try to organise portable toilets, if not, there will be boy/girlscout style toilets in the woods.

• Food : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner on saturday and sunday. It will be warm, nourishing and hopefully there will be a lot of it. And it won't trigger your allergies. Other than that; no promises.

 

• Munitions : All air soft ammunition used will be distributed by the gamemasters.

• Transportation from the nearest public transportation location : We will hire a minibus to drive you from there to the gamesite and back.

International and HAK package will include :

• Aftergame camp near the location.
• Still primitive accommodations, tents are preferable. For those who are worse for wear, we can arrange better accommodation
• Sauna, some food.

HAK package will include :

• Ferry from Helsinki to Tallinn.
• Bus from Tallinn to gamesite.
• Bus from gamesite to Tallinn.
• Ferry with a cabin (4 people) from Tallinn to Helsinki.
